I refused a shipment and sent it back to the company. Costway put the wrong shipment address and sent it to Georgia.
I was trying to contact another person who received it, and they accepted it, and I paid.
Customer service won't help me. If I can, I will talk to a lawyer and see what I can do.

I ordered a gaming chair off their website for my son for Christmas, when it arrived the pieces like screws on tools or missing from the package in order to assemble the chair. I called into the call center.
Spoke to a lady agent 1020 who mentioned she would follow up with me in a timely manner never did.
I tried communicating through email to only get offered $20 refund, which is garbage when the purchase is $500 and the chair cant be used.
The only solution they had for me is for me to wait 10 to 15 business days to receive the pieces. Given its the holidays it will be close to a month that Id be waiting for the pieces to this chair.
You would think when a customer is paying that kind of money for something you would do better customer service.

Preferred solution: would like a discounted price of more than $20 for this hassle, but they will not even offer that to the customer

Costway dual washing machine
The capacitor is not good any more, its a 28uf
300v 4 wire and I can not buy so other one because I cant get one. They get this machine made in China and they have no replacement parts for them, its like after you buy them they brake down you can not find parts for them

the wheel of my lawnmower is cracked and i need a replacement. do you carry parts or do i have to go to another store, if so what store? Model number is GT3701US-GN.

If I could give negative ratings this would be it.
After taking more than the usual time to arrange a return because 1 box of 4 didn't turn up in time, it's now 5-7 business days to get our refund, which was supposed to happen 3 days after the the return had arrived back which was July 8th.

Typical salesperson tactics. Wouldnt honour coupon code because the item was on sale.
Im pretty sure they updated the listing after I purchased and used the coupon code as I see they have updated again since they contacted with another invoice requesting money to cover the coupon code. If no coupon codes are allowed on sale items just bake it into your website, its 2024. At the very least put it in the title of the product, not hidden in the description that you have to actively expand to see the note about the coupon. Contacted them first to resolve and received pushy sales person response Costco wont have the red light therapy unit so youll be paying for just a regular sauna which we have as wellIt comes with a free $900 red light therapy panel, this is an unheard of sale and customers across Canada are buying this like crazy right now that is why we cannot give a discount on a massive sale price plus a free gift.
Ok if these people are buying like crazy, just accept no for an answer. Told them Im not interested if after sales support will be anything like my experience so far.

I ordered a Superfit treadmill less than a year ago and it is not working properly. When I walk on it, it will glitch out and stop mid walk.
I have almost hurt myself a few times. I would like to know how to go about getting warranty on this product.

Treadmill I bought 2 months is not working and no refund or replacement. That is not fair.
I contacted the company and I was sent to a place to join for $2 Canadian before someone can repair the treadmill for a certain amount of money, which am not ready to pay. I thought I have warranty on what I purchased.

Company resolved the issue.
After exchanging several emails, the company sent us the correct part of the chair, so we were able to assemble the whole set.
One side of the chair is shorter and cannot be properly put together, rendering the entire patio set useless. The set was designed to accommodate six people.
I reached out to the customer service department regarding the issue, but they informed me that they cannot provide a replacement because more than three months have passed since the purchase. However, I want them to address their own mistake rather than seeking warranty coverage. To my dismay, I discovered through reading reviews that this is a common issue with this particular patio set, and the company is aware of the problem.
Furthermore, the set itself is poorly made and of low quality.
It was our oversight not to assemble it in November (had we done so, we would have returned it without hesitation), but since it is a patio set, we did not require it during the winter months. The set consists of a table and six chairs

Their refused to exchange the treadmill
I received the machine on April 12, 2023, and due to heart procedures, I was not able to use it before July 13th 2023
Customer services refused to return or exchange the machine as it is over 3 months (she counts the 3 months from order date and not delivery date)
After examining the users manual, I found that the maximum load is only 220 lbs, while the company site is saying up to 265 Lbs.
Looks like the engine was burn as I'm 230lbs.
I do not recommend this machine also I recommend not to deal with this company.

Bought an AC from Costway. Worst thing I've bought in a while.
Even new, it was working soso. Always overheating and stopping in the middle of the night. So the heat in the room woke me up almost every night and I had to turn off the AC and on again. Almost every night.
Then, after EXACTLY a year (weird, right?), It broke for good. Always screaming BIP BIP BIP none stop and nothing else. I bought it exactly a year ago but it wasn't a full year use, only a few months. So I wrote to the company for help, to know if they can tell me what the problem is, if they could tell me what part is broken so I can fix it.
Obviously they told me a couple times that their warranty is 90 days and blah blah blah. They supposedly asked their manufacturer to know what the problem is. After emails exchange over a week, they finally told me that they can't to anything. So F off basically and buy another one.
During that week, it was super hot where I am, so I didn't sleep that much. Almost bought another AC from another company, but they sent me an email saying to wait a few days, that they will find a solution.
But like I said, they didnt. So I can't stress this enough : BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!
